I’m a program and project manager with 20 years of experience leading complex, grant-funded initiatives from design through delivery. I built and ran the grantmaking program for Character at Camp, a $28M Lilly Endowment initiative at the American Camp Association, including the systems and a team of 170+ volunteer reviewers evaluating 800+ applications. At Palladium, I managed operations, compliance, and finance across health programs in 7 countries in Africa, overseeing $20M+ in project budgets and coordinating field offices, subcontractors, and consultants. Earlier in my career, I managed grant portfolios at World Learning and directed youth programs serving hundreds of children and young leaders in the U.S. and abroad. I do my best work building the systems, relationships, and processes that help organizations deliver with clarity and purpose. I’m currently Manager, Grant Development at College Now, where I write and manage competitive proposals, and I use AI tools daily to improve how I work. Based in Northeast Ohio.
