About

📖 Educational Curriculum Design 📢Marketing Communication & PR 📘Storytelling ✍️ Writing & Journalism: Throughout my career, I’ve weaved together these skills to transform my passion for writing into narratives that build connections between target audiences and projects with impact on individuals, communities, organizations and enterprises. For example: ►📖 EDUCATION & CULTURE At Pez Plátano Cultural Institute, I transformed an idea into an ambition, then a business plan, a communications and marketing strategy—and finally into creative writing curriculum, programs and workshops. Five years, 47 workshops, 53 events and 3,000 followers later, the institute was positioned as number 3 in the city. ►👗 BRANDS I shaped communications strategy including brand messaging, promotions and positioning for luxury brands like Ona Saez and Tiffany for the Ecuadoran market. ►💊 CAUSES At the American Cancer Society, I directed media relations and secured positioning in outlets like The New York Times. ►📚THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE Through media columns, short stories and novels like “Lengua ajena,” I create a narrative bridge that connects readers to experiences like emigration, that single decision that echoes for generations as descendants search for identity and belonging. ======================================= Do you need a seasoned communications professional to craft the storytelling that engages your target audience and boosts visibility? Feel free to send me a contact request or write to me: 📱[email protected] ======================================= My passion, philosophy and purpose: ✒️ “I like to write. I love to write. But I write just for myself and my own pleasure.” The thing is, unlike what Salinger implied in this quote, what brings me pleasure is placing my storytelling skills at the service of communication in the most etymological sense of the word’s Latin origin: to share, impart, inform and unite.
