I am a Georgia Tech, Scheller College of Business graduate with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Change. I was on the Georgia Tech varsity swim team for two years. I have excellent written and oral communication skills. I am a quick learner and am highly organized. I am seeking a position within a business where I can continue to gain experience and growth as well as contribute to the success of the organization for which I work.
• Manage day-to-day memberships, inquiries, customer complaints, and parking permits. • Provide excellent customer service to faculty, students, and alumni. • Enhancing customer service skills and contributing to the success and smooth operation of the CRC.
• Supervised coaching age group swimming, setting up for meets, and creating event line up. • Liaison with parents, coaches, and other staff members. • Enhanced communication, customer service, and management skills. This position also required excellent organizational skills.
