- ServiceNow SPM - Project Module Ownership: Serve as the owner of the Project Module, ensuring effective use and alignment with team objectives. - Budget Management: Prepare and control team budget. - Resource Tracking: Monitor PM allocation, control external costs, and coordinate PM onboarding. - Onboarding Support: Develop onboarding materials for new joiners in GBS. - Primary contact for contractors, addressing IT issues, collecting timesheets, and guiding first steps within the team. - Team Communication: Facilitate clear, effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders. - Document Management: Organize and maintain up-to-date documents and files on SharePoint. - PMO Setup: Establish and coordinate Program/Project Management Offices following JTI standards. -Project Execution: Coordinate project office activities, and support project execution, including Kanban management. - Event Planning: Plan and coordinate team meetings, workshops, and offsites, including logistics and invitations.
PMO activities incl.: - Monitoring the progress of projects; - Supporting various teams within their projects; - Enhancing communication within the team; - Fostering stakeholder engagement and involvement in projects; - Preparing budget; - Resources planning; - Involvement in various projects; - Coordinating and managing domestic and international events; - Senior Stakeholder Management;
- Co-developing and implementing an employer branding strategy to attract talents and retain current employees; - Planning initiatives to reinforce a positive company image; - Creating and managing content related to employer branding; - Ensuring consistency in messaging and portraying the company as an attractive employer; - Educating new employees about the company's culture and values during the onboarding process; - Collaborating with the HR department to integrate employer branding efforts with recruitment, training, and development processes; - Co-managing social media channels - Instagram. -Producing content through the capture of photos and video editing for business purpose; -Supporting internal initiatives.
