The Southern African Institute for Policy and Research (SAIPAR) is an independent, educational research and development-oriented research center located in Lusaka, Zambia. As a SAIPAR researcher, I sought to address key issues pertaining to governance in Zambia. Using qualitative research methods, I interviewed key stakeholders in Zambia on the Subordinate Courts. I summarized my findings in a research paper that identified ways that the Prosecution can be enhanced at the Subordinate Court level in Zambia.
