Combining online marketing and project management, I focus on delivering well-structured, data-driven projects and campaigns. I enjoy taking ownership and have built Excel formulas longer than some emails. I feel most at home in teams that value transparency, constructive feedback, and sustainability — and in company cultures that prefer questioning processes over maintaining dusty binders from 1998. My natural habitat tends to be the office, where collaboration sometimes happens between two coffees. Most recently, I organized the TraWeBa Congress 2026 in Berlin: an industry event for stakeholders along the entire battery value chain, from raw materials to recycling. In 2024, I coordinated the “Leipzig Ambassadors” initiative for the City of Leipzig — a talent attraction campaign for the hospitality, gastronomy, and tourism sectors. The initiative involved six-figure budget responsibility, an apprentice competition, a city-wide image campaign, and a formal award ceremony with around 100 high-profile guests, receiving very positive feedback. I’m always happy to connect with people working on topics such as battery technology, mobility, or sustainable transformation.
Supporting the TraWeBa project with a focus on marketing, event coordination, and stakeholder management
- Delivery of the city-led project “Leipzig Ambassadors” (talent competition, citywide image campaign, award ceremony with ~100 high-level guests) aimed at strengthening the hospitality and tourism workforce - Stakeholder management & public relations (Chamber of Commerce and Industry, DEHOGA, vocational schools, agencies): speeches, press releases, social media activities, and campaign coordination - Public funding & structural development: review and approval of funding applications, revision of the employment promotion funding guideline - Completion of certified professional training programs in event management and project management
- Sole responsibility for Amazon Spain and OTTO, including planning, management, and optimization of performance-driven campaigns - Data-driven analysis and optimization: KPIs, A/B testing, reporting, and advanced Excel analyses - Development and scaling of digital channels: email marketing (Brevo, multilingual), social media (Meta), Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Sole ownership of Amazon France, including content management, KPI tracking, and market strategy - Development of the Amazon Brand Store and advertising strategy, with a focus on improving conversion rates and market share - International collaboration: KPI reporting, forecasting, presentations, and close coordination with design and licensing teams
