When it comes to helping people develop innovations on their own initiative, I am guided by John Cleese's Statement “Creativity is not a talent, it’s a way of operating”. As a trained innovation manager, I am focusing on bringing in-depth methodological knowledge to projects and thereby assisting companies in the development and implementation of new products and services. My enthusiasm for the topic of design thinking means that clients and their needs consistently remain the central focus. Creativity, energy and motivation combined with professionalism and specialist expertise characterises my work. Passing on knowledge and experience to others – in academic environments as well as in-house innovation training and seminars – is a true passion of me
