I was in the start up of the IDL warehouse of the client Puig in Espirito Santo, Brazil. Of all the functions I performed in this Start Up, I would like to highlight that I participated in the final definition of the warehouse layout, in the LMxt tests, in the reception of all the product coming from the former logistics operator, in the training of the staff in all the processes (reception, stock management, preparation and loading) and in the supervision of the start of the preparation and loading of the deliveries.
