I do my bit by helping the companies and public sector organizations to be aware of their potential and make right choices to enhance their performance. My projects have included for example - benchmarking studies - performance metrics - effective workforce planning - evaluations of performance culture - evaluations of service and process experiments In most of the assignments I collaborate with other professionals and scholars with complementary skills.
