Continuously maintain the product competitiveness by setting and overseeing strategic product development and sourcing targets. Key Achievements: Turning the annual GM from -10% to +33% in 2019 and to +25% in 2020. Secured highest order intake in company history in 2019. Sold the company to a new investor in 2020 and supported carve out- and integration process until 2022 with zero business interruption.
