Manage and develop marketing and promotion for Hyland's global conferences and events that bring customers, partners, and content services experts together to learn, share and network.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support the business development initiatives of the company including lead generation and tracking, market presence, branding, advertising, and channel building and retention. • Manage production of all marketing collateral to ensure quality content and clarity of message, including but not limited to: brochures, case studies, press releases, advertising, whitepapers, direct mail, e-mail, website, presentations and graphics. • Develop lead generation campaigns and corporate branding, including tradeshows, seminars, web seminars, direct mail, e-mail, whitepapers and more. Supervise lead import and distribution to reseller channel and direct sales team for sales follow-up. • Manage execution of trade shows, conferences and seminars including logistics, messaging, lead strategy, and securing speaking spot presentations. • Oversee web seminar topics, description, scheduling, presentation and promotion. Maintain web conferencing platform and manage site administration of company user accounts. • Negotiate organization’s advertising contracts and promotion activities and coordinate advertising schedules and placement. • Direct external email communications including company e-newsletter, customer communications, webinar promotions, training class promotion, etc. • Support reseller and partner channel relations to create joint marketing activities to promote core and complementary products, including joint seminars, web seminars, and events. • Collaborate with executive management on corporate goals and objectives and subsequent marketing activities.
