With a BA in Digital Filmmaking from Nanyang Technological University and a Diploma in Mass Communications from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, I’ve built a dynamic career producing films, branded content, and documentaries across the globe. At Dentsu Creative, I collaborated with Singaporean directors and various production houses to oversee the execution of four short films, stepping into a refreshing agency role after years on the ground in physical production. Previously at Beach House Pictures, I led the logistics and production of a multi-country documentary series for Discovery Channel's Curiosity Stream, coordinating teams across Europe and the U.S. from my base in Singapore. One of the most defining experiences of my early career was serving as Unit Production Manager on HBO’s Westworld Season 3 at just 25 - a high-pressure, high-stakes, trial by fire role that forged me into the person I am today - someone who is known for her tenacity and bravery to navigate uncharted waters. My approach to producing is rooted in adaptability, empathy, and a strong belief in collaboration. A career sabbatical gave me the space to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and reaffirmed my commitment to telling meaningful stories that resonate globally. I’m always curious, always learning, and excited to bring my skills and passion to projects that challenge norms and inspire change - whether in film, documentary, or branded content. From Sept 2022 to June 2025, Judith took a career break to explore the world and gain new life experiences. While preparing for her move overseas, she pursued other interests in Singapore and took up a part-time internship at a vertical hydroponics farm start-up and trained as an adjunct forest school instructor. Passionate about travel and cycling, she embarked on a solo three-week cross-country cycle tour across South Korea, from Incheon to Busan. When a unique opportunity arose, Judith accepted a 5-month Senior Producer contract at Dentsu Singapore. Her expertise in narrative content was valued, and she enjoyed collaborating with familiar production houses and directors in a refreshing role. Just a week before turning 30, Judith set off for Australia with two goals: to experience a different lifestyle and discover a pace of life that resonated with her. To manage travel costs, Judith was highly resourceful in securing back-to-back pet-sitting gigs for 5 months and even cared for chickens and cattle. She embraced diverse roles, from working as a grape picker on Tasmanian vineyards to working as a hospitality all-rounder at a remote luxury lodge in New Zealand. Undeterred by challenges, she immersed herself in each experience, adapting to new environments, even cycling an hour to work on occasion. She also volunteered full-time with Blaze Aid, supporting farmers affected by bushfires and floods. Using her culinary skills, she ran a semi-professional kitchen to prepare meals for 40 volunteers in remote parts of Australia. These varied experiences enhanced her adaptability, initiative, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life, allowing her to build authentic relationships beyond the film world. Recharged and inspired, Judith is ready to pivot to film adjacent fields. She’s actively seeking new opportunities and excited to collaborate with passionate, holistic teams - locally or abroad - wherever the job may take her.
• Oversaw the production of 4 short films for Forward SG, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints. • Worked closely with Dentsu in-house HODs (creative director and accounts director) to manage and anticipate client interests. • Collaborated with Singaporean directors, Boo Jun Feng, K. Rajagopal, Tan Siyou and Ros Yusof, and their respective teams to deliver high-quality content. • Built on existing relationships with production houses, enhancing collaboration and project outcomes.
