Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, people management, and facilitation. Possesses expertise in employee relations and has a background in learning and development. Holds an MA in Human Resources Management and a Hons BA in Training and Education.
Responsible for providing human resource services to the Archdiocese of Dublin including the offices of the Curia and the local employers in 197 parishes across Dublin, parts of Wicklow and Kildare. These services include advice and support on all aspects of employee relations, employment law, performance management, training and development as well as recruitment and selection.
Developed and delivered tailored learning interventions for line managers at all levels across the Dublin regions of the HSE. Designed and provided customer services courses as well as team based performance management training.
