Supporting company’s interests while developing and maintaining functional relationships with key players at the European Institutions and Agencies and coordinating regional lobbying activities within the EMEA region. Participating in the drafting of legal opinions together with different organisations (AmCham, Seldia, BDD...) Analysing new European policies and amendments reporting on them to company’s Board of Directors and proposing adapatation measures.
Supporting the legal needs of the Board of Directors Providing general guidance on any daily legal issues to the Board and to all departments, including the HR department. Reviewing and negotiating all sort of commercial contracts, especially distribution and supply contracts and intercompany agreements. Revising product claims, labels, packaging and advertising campaigns with observance of consumer, publicity and competition law. Involvement in a wide range of international projects .
Reviewing of all sort of contracts, especially sales, distribution, supply and IT contracts. Verifying the marketability of the products. Reviewing of advertising campaigns and product claims for Spain and Portugal, taking over the coordination of advertising campaigns for the whole EMEA region
