I oversee cross-functional teams (up to 90 people on marketing, sales and service) to ensure seamless business execution consistently delivering growth year-on-year. I lead the European Healthcare eCommerce (Ultrasound, Patient Monitoring and Devices) strategy and execution, managing €250M in revenue across Europe and driving over 30% sustainable growth year-on-year. I build and manage robust partner networks, expanding market penetration and aligning with corporate objectives. I implement advanced opportunity management and forecasting processes, meeting and exceeding management KPIs. I collaborate with product and clinical teams to deliver impactful solutions, strengthening customer relationships and enhancing market adoption.
Managed €350M P&L and directed commercial and indirect channel teams (up to 150 people, including overseas territories), driving business development in Imaging equipment, image-guided therapy, IT, and connected care solutions. Drove Sales organization development ensuring full compliance with country-level ‘License to operate’ requirements. Developed robust relationships with government authorities, French GPOs, long lasting customer partnerships and reference sites. Developed the Healthcare Informatics sales organization from the ground up.

I lead the Image-Guided Therapy Business Team, increased market share by activating the commercial organization for market development and portfolio positioning (Products, Solutions and Services for Medical Equipment, Software and Devices).
