About

My View. Humanity does not have to adapt to the new technologies; it is technology that must adapt to humanity. That is the true potential and future of artificial intelligence and big data. My Passion. To exploit state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to develop new objective, data-driven, and adaptive decision-making solutions. My Goal. Seeking to leverage my technical and professional expertise to lead the integration, and evolution of new artificial intelligence techniques. More than ten years of international experience designing groundbreaking artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for industry, healthcare and research. I have been responsible for conceptualizing and creating new computer aided information systems for a more objective, data-driven, and personalized decision-making tools in healthcare and business. I am passionate about translational research, having coordinated international teams in the development and efficient integration of new AI solutions. Through the years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with some of the word leading AI and technology companies, medical organizations, including Children’s National Health System, National Institute of Health, St. Thomas Hospital London, and Philips Healthcare, and research institutions, such as Imperial College London. My work in the field of applied AI is condensed in +50 scientific contributions, including +12 papers in the leading journals in medial image analysis, 2 technical book chapters, and 3 patents. I am also member of the IEEE Technical Committee on Biomedical Imaging and Image Processing.
