We live in an era where technology, society, and organizations are deeply intertwined. Yet, traditional management research often remains trapped in silos, disconnected from the sociotechnical realities capable of shaping our future. My career has been dedicated to breaking this inertia. As an Associate Professor, I stand at the intersection of Management, Science and Technology Studies (STS), and Critical Organization Studies. My focus as an Academic Leader: 馃彌 Bridging Worlds: I connect the analytical rigour with a critical approach. I bridge the gap between international research standards and Latin American realities. 馃敩 Research Governance: I believe universities must evolve from administrative teaching centers into dynamic hubs of knowledge creation. I help institutions design research agendas that attract international funding and tackle "wicked problems." 馃摎 Evidence & Theory: With a PhD from the University of Leicester and a dual track record in Chile, Lat铆n American countires, and Europe, I advocate for management education that goes beyond profit maximization to understand the politics of organization. I am interested in connecting with University Leaders, Research Directors, and Global Policy Makers looking to elevate the standard and relevance of their research centers.
