Industrial Designer with a Master in Strategic Design and over 15 years of experience as a team leader and project manager. Driven to investigate problems, uncover opportunities and create value for end users and businesses. As a design thinker, have worked in service design, innovation management, public / social innovation, brand implementation, brand strategy and business model innovation. While helping develop businesses through a design-driven perspective, I create strategies to sustain and share value between end users and the product service systems they use. Head of Experimentation - Accelerator Labs UNDP Colombia
Teacher of a course in the Master of Strategic Design Management. Course focused on the fuzzy front end of an innovation process. Based on Design Thinking. Service Design, innovation strategy, customer Experience and Brand Driven innovation, students made qualitative research involving experiences of a household name brand to develop design principles focused to innovate brand products and experiences.
The Innovation Laboratory for Public Management (LABcapital) has the mission to complete the process of preventative control. The lab will propose innovative ideas co created between citizens and public servers that will be implemented by Bogota district entities. The entities, by implementing the ideas, will create positive value in the life of Bogotá citizens and help prevent risks of corruption and administrative inefficiency.
