As the Senior Director of Commercial IT at Novo Nordisk, I led a customer-centric strategy across 30 markets and managed $10m in investments in new technologies. I transformed teams and partnerships into a Customer-Centric organization and transitioned the European commercial data warehouse to a new platform for advanced analytics. Project pipeline: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for all field teams (+2000 users), a new Marketing Cloud solution, a new Master Data Management (MDM) platform and a new Patient Support program based on Salesforce technology. We are transitioning the European commercial data warehouse to a new platform to support advanced analytics and augment intelligence. Create a new strategy for Customer Solutions, including reviewing the business process to determine new opportunities for new indications.
