Coordinate with upper management the preventive maintenance schedule and budget, schedule the training of the maintenance engineers and technical personnel, give some training to engineers on new equipment, supervise the maintenance and repair facilities in Venezuela, appraise maintenance personnel, supervise the inventory of the electronic equipment, supervise the requests for spare parts and purchase orders, give advise on technical issues to the upper management and engineers. Help the supervisor of EHS on anything I can do to improve safety.
