Chief of Information Technology in ILUNION. The Company is involved in a big Digital Transformation and IT Department is the epicenter. My responsabilities are: o Set the overall direction for the information technology through strategic planning and evaluation by establishing an IT strategic roadmap in partnership with Senior Management team that supports and advances corporate and operational business objectives. o Provide the technology vision for the company and lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the enterprise-wide development and information systems infrastructure for the company. o Exercise broad IT leadership, authority and accountability including resource planning and allocation, project management, software and data life cycle management, system integration, IT infrastructure, testing, interface facilitation and analysis. o Prepare and review budgets for IT business plans. Ensure that the IT organization delivers consistent, repeatable and cost effective IT infrastructure, data and voice communications infrastructure, application support, project management and application development services. o Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analysis for IT spending initiatives to ensure maximum value to the company. Push knowledge and ownership of expected budgeted performance down to appropriate ownership levels within the IT organization, raising organizational awareness and commitment to goals and objectives. o Communicate IT plans and status throughout all levels of the company to maintain ongoing alignment with business partners and build functional and personal credibility. o Manage all aspects of IT organization staffing, including setting organizational structure, defining knowledge capability, employee development and annual salary planning to meet present and future needs of the business. o Manage IT Partners and Vendors relationships.
