About

I am a bilingual professional with a strong background in customer service, interpretation, and virtual assistance. My career began in 2017 with Accedo Technologies, where I worked as a Customer Service Representative for AT&T. There, I developed key communication and problem-solving skills while assisting customers with billing and technical support. Later, I moved into freelance translation work, taking on diverse document translation projects including the translation of a documentary that enhanced my language precision and independent work ethic. In 2022, I joined PROPIO as a remote interpreter through ESDL International Interpretation. From September 2022 to June 2025, I provided real-time interpretation for a broad range of U.S.-based clients across the medical, legal, and public service sectors. In the medical field, I interpreted for virtually all specialties including primary care, orthopedics, pediatrics, cardiology, oncology, mental health, dentistry, and many more. My assignments included hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and emergency rooms. Beyond healthcare, I also interpreted for law firms, correctional facilities, and agencies such as USCIS immigration services, SNAP benefits, the WIC program, and the Tax Revenue Office. Additionally, I supported calls related to health and vehicle insurance, factories, trucking support services, and 911 emergency response. Each interaction demanded high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity skills I honed daily in this fast-paced, remote environment. Currently, I serve as a Virtual Assistant for Orthodontics Exclusively, a clinic with two locations in Norman and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I manage patient communications, appointment scheduling for new and existing patients, CRM follow-ups, and I am responsible for sending and receiving patient forms to upload them accurately into the patients’ medical charts. This role is essential in ensuring the clinic’s smooth and professional day-to-day operations. I’m passionate about connecting people through language, delivering outstanding service, and adapting quickly to the diverse needs of the individuals and industries I support.
