Person in charge of commercial operation, administration, personnel management and satisfaction of the client. Entrusted to supervise, direct and control the administrative and operative processes of the business, as well as the staff administration, material resources and financials (KPI's), in order to guarantee the profitability of the business, following the procedures and strategies defined by the company. Daily bases are mandatory to control and apply the Ralph Lauren strategies for the managing of inventories and the management of international suppliers, budget, logistics, new hires, development and motivation of the sales team, maintenance of infrastructure and the management of the external spaces to obtain the major commercial profitability guaranteeing the minimal cost.
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the store with the aim of meeting targets, minimizing costs, maximizing benefits, guaranteeing excellent client satisfaction, generating loyalty and adding extra value to the brand. Training, developing and motivating the team, guaranteeing we meet the standards set by the company, liaising with the image, production, logistics, marketing and finance departments. Exhaustive research into the market and competition with the aim of constantly finding new business opportunities.
Organisation and support of closings and openings of the following flagships stores across the region, Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham. Retail & Stock Management: -Support the management team with security to minimize stock loss and action plans accordingly. -Responsible of sale preparation process. -Responsible for operations process and organisation along the three departments and Zara Online. -To ensure an effective replenishment with company standards. -Responsible for the stockrooms organisation (standards, layout and efficiency). RFID and its devices.Efficient 25R replenishment practice and routine. -To manage and control the stocktake process. -Analyse stock management reports including replenishment levels, reception and tranfes of product within the country and with the warehouse. -To ensure a good communication along side the comercial team. -Planning stockrooms initiatives to come up with solutions to overcome capacity issues. -To manage deliveries productivities in line with company targets and oversee the complete delivery process across three sections and react to unexpected circumstances when necessary. HR & Team management. -To increase the quality of the team, through good recruitment, to guarantee the training and develop of operations and comercial team. -Performance reviews for employees. -Effective, consistent and regular communication with the head of operations for U.K. -Drive all aspects of KPI report to meet targets and achieve the company objetives. -To ensure team schedules are done to maximise the coverage of all the sections in the store. -To ensure good housekeeping in all areas in the store. -To be aware of the risk employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them. -To promote work routines and environment to enhance the welfare of the teams. -Comunication with the general service team to ensure maintenance issues are reported and incidences sorted.
