I am responsible for the Support and Maintenance team of the Gamma application, which is the Avolta ERP for the management of stores and warehouses in the international scope of the Dufry group, (a Swiss multinational, world leader in travel retail) Gamma is the ERP custom developed for Dufry in Natural / Adabas with various interfaces with other company systems (SAP, iTek, BI, ...) My responsibilities are : - Fully manage the support and maintenance team made up of about 13-15 people (both internal and external) with an annual budget of more than 1MM CHF. - We are responsible for resolving Incidents, support requests and ERP Enhancements - As a control tool we use Service Now both for ticketing and for managing budgets, projects, ... - I participate in the Change-Advisory Board (CAB) for the enhancements of the ERP. - I report to the IT director for South Europe and America - I collaborate in different internal projects such as the deployment of new tools, audits (internal and external), ...
