My focus is on building the platform foundation that lets the business scale without the technology becoming a constraint — through governance that sticks, operating models that work, and integrations that don't break. What sets me apart: I work across both HCM and Financials. That dual expertise means I can connect people strategy and finance operations in a single platform conversation — something most Workday specialists can't do. I bring over a decade of finance and HR transformation experience, most recently leading the Workday platform at Monex Group across a global environment.
