· Handling overall responsibility for managing client relationships with key accounts from various industries(Samsung Electronics, LG Uplus, Hyundai Capital, etc.). Total 8+ clients, $80K MRR+ · Facilitating clients' adoption of Insider's technology. · Establishing a trusted adviser relationship to ensure clients' overall satisfaction with Insider's technology. · Proactively monitor client activity and provide insights and solutions to the client and internal teams to improve results. · Strategic campaign planning to help clients meet their objectives. · Prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated client issues.
· Establishing and executing short-term and long-term strategies for UI/UX improvement based on marketing analysis data, conducting A/B testing, and validating hypotheses. · Setting up and validating data collection through GA/GTM (Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager). · Consulting on Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics migration (for IKEA Korea and Samsung Life).
