Global Programme Lead for ING as part of the European Payments Initiative (EPI), leading the implementation of the innovative Wero payments solutions. In this capacity, I am responsible for managing the comprehensive development and implementation of this cutting-edge payment system across ING's operations in Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands. My role encompasses both the business and technology scopes, ensuring seamless integration and execution of the Wero payments solutions. I'm dedicated to driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration across our international teams, and delivering outstanding results that enhance our global payment capabilities and transform the way Europe pays.
Co-founder of ING's global customer data management tribe. We support ING strategy by offering high quality customer data services that are used for global and local solutions for all ING countries. Our solutions facilitate PSD2, KYC, channels (App/Web/Assisted) and digitisation of processes. In my role as global product area lead I develop strategy, manage our global tribe backlog, build up and facilitate our successful squads that deliver business value, manage our global initiatives and interact with our stakeholders. Member of the tribe leadership team and chapter lead for professionals in a cross-border tribe of > 150 colleagues.
