About

Serving as Executive Director at Charlin Health Services, I aim to lead with integrity, improve organizational systems and financial reporting, and build a sustainable future for our patients and care teams. Graduate of Georgetown University’s Master of Science in Management (MiM) program, with a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and marketing. Originally from Dallas, TX, I earned my undergraduate degree from Canisius University in Buffalo, NY, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a double major in Management and Marketing through the Honors College. As a 4-year NCAA Division I baseball player, I developed discipline, work ethic, and the ability to lead and communicate with different types of individuals. Raised by two entrepreneurs, I’ve gained hands-on experience across healthcare, non-profit, marketing, start-ups, and customer service. This experience has shaped my passion for mission-driven work and the pursuit of excellence.
