As a former CIA operative with over 1,000 hours of team coaching and facilitation, I am trained to read human dynamics, surface unspoken friction, and lead direct dialogue under pressure. I implement EOS by blending disciplined systems with behavioral intelligence — so the framework doesn't just get adopted, but drives measurable traction. I also serve as a Strategic Alliance Partner to the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) Washington DC chapter — a vetted, trusted advisor role in which I act as the chapter's resident expert on EOS adoption, team performance coaching, and strategic change management for EO's community of entrepreneurial business owners. I specialize in optimizing teams that include neurodivergent leaders (ADHD, AuDHD, Autism Spectrum, Dyslexia, PDA). Selected by the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) Washington DC chapter as a Strategic Alliance Partner (SAP) — a vetted, trusted advisor role reserved for subject-matter experts who serve EO's community of entrepreneurial business owners. As the chapter's resident expert in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®), I advise EO members on team performance coaching, strategic change management, and successful EOS adoption — helping founder-led companies build healthy, aligned leadership teams and gain traction on their vision. Strategic Alliance Partners are selected based on demonstrated expertise, references, and a commitment to serving entrepreneurs first. In this role, I: - Serve as a trusted advisor to EO DC members navigating growth, leadership team dynamics, and operational scaling - Lead workshops and learning events on EOS implementation, team health, and change management - Provide guidance on when and how the Entrepreneurial Operating System fits a company's stage and culture I bring this work through my practice as a Certified EOS Implementer®, drawing on a background in high-stakes facilitation.
