- Provide personalized 1:1 therapy to clients from ages 5 to adulthood, experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, panic, career and life transitions, ADHD and executive functioning, relationships and communication, caregiver roles, identity and sexuality, spirituality and mindfulness, motivation, and boundaries. - Consult with doctors, psychiatrists, teachers, and other professionals in support of the client in order to provide holistic care.
- Provide virtual and onsite IECMHC services to licensed child care sites for the purpose of strengthening the capacity of providers, families, and systems to promote positive social and emotional development. - Provide resources, information, and guidance to build the capacity of regional Early Achievers Coaches to support providers with children’s challenging behaviors and to prevent expulsion of children from child care and early learning settings.
- Manage clinical caseload and provide therapeutic interventions for adults in Adult Family Homes who have behavioral and medical issues with a history of lost placements - Collaborate with facility staff, other providers, and state social workers to coordinate care plan
- Facilitated the project funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to develop and implement of the Youth Advisory Board and mental health advocacy programming for the Asian American and Pacific Islander youth (AAPI) - Supported the engagement of AAPI communities through the implementation of coordinated, culturally competent and linguistically appropriate strategies for multilingual mental health de-stigmatization and community-wide outreach
