I am an operating executive and board advisor with extensive experience leading supply chain and commercial operations for global and growth-stage consumer companies. I advanced into senior leadership and Director roles at Frito-Lay and Nestlé USA, Chief Supply Chain Officer of Bonduelle Fresh Americas, and Chief Operating Officer of Laird Superfood. Across these roles, I led large-scale manufacturing, logistics, and commercial operations, building the infrastructure, teams, and operating disciplines required to support sustained growth and operational excellence. These included overseeing complex, multi-site operations and national supply chain networks, with responsibility for operational performance, service levels, and margin improvement. Today, I work selectively with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams as an operating advisor, board participant, and fractional executive, helping companies strengthen operating models, improve execution, and scale responsibly. I remain actively involved with a small number of companies in advisory and board roles.
Provide operating and board-level advisory support to select consumer, wellness, and logistics companies. Serve as a board member, operating advisor, or fractional COO, working with founders and leadership teams to strengthen operating models, improve execution, and support scalable growth. Focus areas include supply chain strategy, S&OP alignment, production and co-pack network design, 3PL selection, inventory governance, and operational performance improvement. Selected engagements include advisory and operating roles in the non-alcoholic beverage, food, wellness, and consumer products sectors.
Chief Operating Officer reporting to the CEO, responsible for leading company-wide operations during Laird Superfood’s transition to and growth as a public company. Oversaw supply chain, manufacturing, co-pack network, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, customer operations, and operational planning. Led the alignment of demand planning, production, inventory, and distribution to support national retail expansion and direct-to-consumer growth. Focused on strengthening operating discipline, improving service levels, managing inventory and cash efficiency, and building scalable infrastructure to support continued growth in a public company environment. Partnered closely with executive leadership and finance to improve operational visibility, support financial performance, and ensure execution aligned with company growth objectives.
