With more than three decades in land development and homebuilding, my experience spans corporate leadership, private ownership, and operational transformation. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Windsong Properties, a respected Metro Atlanta builder since 2003 of active adult and multi-generational communities. Leading a transformation to double the size of the company by expanding brand leadership, achieving 200 closings and $100M in revenue, and creating a sustainable 3–5 year land pipeline. Responsibilities include land acquisition and development, sales and marketing, purchasing and estimating, construction and warranty, customer experience, financial performance, and partnership with the CFO to attract investors, equity partners, and lenders to support long-term growth. Previously spent a decade as Corporate Vice President of Field Operations and Land Development at Beazer Homes, overseeing $275M in annual land development spend and ~$1.8B in active development budgets across 16 divisions nationwide. Established standardized operating processes, directed safety, stormwater, and vendor compliance programs, and negotiated the Tesla Solar Ecosystem pilot in Nevada, Virginia, and Maryland. Earlier leadership roles included managing land development, acquisitions, and operations with both regional and local builders, as well as ownership and the 2008 sale of a private real estate development firm with $137M in projects. These experiences shaped a perspective that combines entrepreneurial agility with corporate discipline. Leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that operational excellence must be paired with a people-first culture.
