Saurabh Joshi is a deep-technology engineering leader with over 25 years of experience in the design, development, and deployment of advanced electronic and intelligent systems across defense, industrial automation, railways, infrastructure, and emerging technology domains. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering (2001) and has led multidisciplinary engineering programs spanning embedded systems, FPGA/DSP-based high-speed electronics, power electronics, industrial automation, machine vision, and quantum technologies. Over his career, he has held leadership and senior design roles across multiple organizations, delivering production-grade solutions including large-format industrial printing systems, railway signaling electronics, smart city infrastructure systems, industrial visual inspection platforms, high-power induction heating systems exceeding 300 kW, UPS and inverter platforms, and defense-grade electronics systems. He has served as Head of Design and Development across several organizations and has led technology verticals focused on defense electronics, industrial control systems, and electronic design tools. He has also contributed to national-level skill development initiatives as an Industrial Member of the Industrial Sector Skill Council under the National Skill Development Council (NSDC), India.
