I'm a Finance Director who believes the finance function should be at the centre of commercial decision-making — not just reporting on it. ACA qualified with over 13 years' experience across facilities management, automotive, and water treatment, I've developed a career built on the combination of strong financial control and genuine commercial partnership. At my best when finance is helping the business ask better questions and make better decisions. A few things I've built a track record in: Acquisition integration, from deal-side financial involvement through to synergy delivery and operational embedding; driving sustainable cost reduction in complex, multi-site businesses; and navigating complex stakeholder environments from Group-level board reporting through to external advisers, auditors, and investors. Currently Finance Director at Monarch Water, part of the global Culligan Group, focused on building a best-in-class finance function and supporting ambitious growth plans. Direct, straightforward, and always more interested in the "so what" than the "what."
