Serve as the Senior Management Administrative Assistant to Director of Substations, Telecommunications, and Metering Assets workgroup.
Managed special assistance programs to help keep the power on for customers. Programs included the Energy Assistance Program Rate (EAPR), MED Rate, community assistance programs such as HEAP, and helped run the EnergyHELP program which was funded through SMUD customer donations paid in to non-profit agencies such as The Salvation Army, Traveler's Aid, Folsom Cordova Community Partnership, LAO Family, Community Resource Project (CRP)/HEAP, and the Sacramento FoodBank. In addition to discount programs, I assisted with our Homepower service program and helped support the contact center with any questions regarding the programs managed.
Served as a Liaison between SMUD and the SACHCC to help bridge the goals that SMUD has set forth in the community while assisting the chamber in ongoing efforts impacting our community. Assisted as administrative assistant to both he CEO and VP of the chamber, assisting in ongoing engagement efforts with chamber members. I ran several virtual events on an ongoing basis opening up the networking opportunities between chamber and community members.
