In addition of my working experience, I have a solid educational foundation as a graduate from University of Malaya with first class honors in bachelor’s degree of Chemistry. Besides working in the laboratory, I enjoy socializing and communicating too. I am fortunate enough to have various chances to take part in overseas exchange, internship and volunteering programs. • Assist in developing and launching new skincare products, collaborating with R&D, marketing, procurement, and production teams. • Source and evaluate raw materials and ingredients that align with trends and brand values, ensuring innovation and sustainability. • Conduct market research to create product concepts and improve formulations based on consumer insights. • Manage product pricing, costs, and market positioning to ensure profitability and brand integrity. • Oversee product development from concept to production, including formulation, packaging design, and prototyping. • Maintain product information, including specifications, labeling, and claims, to ensure regulatory compliance and support marketing. • Contribute to rebranding initiatives to distinguish products in the market. • Participate in product testing and consumer trials to refine formulations and improve performance. • Liaise with outsourced laboratories for tests supporting product claims like "dermatologically tested". • Coordinate with suppliers for ingredients and packaging materials. • Work with R&D and QC teams to ensure packaging is functional, sustainable, and on-brand. • Ensure products meet regulatory, quality, and safety standards. • Manage project timelines, costs, and deliverables for successful product launches. • Maintain a comprehensive database of raw materials and product formulations.
