I am a highly organized and focused senior IT professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering products and services on time, on budget, and with quality. I have a broad range of International experience resulting from 27 years in the IT industry with an emphasis on the following: -15+ Years PM frameworks -15 Years IT Service Management process framework based on ITIL -15 Years Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning, Testing, and Execution -10 Years BA/PM methodologies based on the BABOK framework -8 Years IT Governance methodologies and processes As a strong relationship builder and communicator, I have become very comfortable working with the Senior Executive suite. This exposure has provided me with the privilege of expressing complex technological solutions using business references that allow my clients to make key decisions based on the best possible information from all perspectives. I have been a member of the Mount Royal Project Management Advisory Board and past National Board member for itSMF Canada (Service Management Forum for ITIL International), as well as serving as a catalyst for the creation of the itSMF Southern Alberta Branch (SAB) in 2004/2005.
