I spent 15 years building and leading consulting firms, then 8 years working hands-on with applied AI and language models in production-scale, outcome-based environments: 14 countries, millions of transactions, and AI sold through results rather than tools. That shaped my conviction: AI will not transform strategy work through better chat alone. It will transform it when it can meet the standards of top-tier consulting work: judgment, confidentiality, evidence, accountability, and board-grade output.
