The Council is composed of 20 individuals of recognized scientific, technical, financial, business, banking, and economic merit, and is meant to help the Bank think further ahead about the country, the economy, and the role of Portugal’s sovereign bank in economic development. JP contributes to the council and its mission by helping to rethink competitive advantage in light of the tectonic shift and massive opportunity the emerging AI era brings.
JP leads the Implementing and Scaling AI session at INSEAD’s Leading AI & Digital Transformation Program, as a Visiting Industry AI Executive. He was invited by the Program's director Nathan Furr, Professor of Innovation and Strategy at Insead and a worldwide authority and reference in these areas. JP's session draws on +17 years of experience successfully transforming some of Europe’s largest and most complex organizations, revealing common stumbling blocks and success strategies for scaling AI.
