When structuring a CDO, I am responsible for defining all risk metrics of this investment vehicle and the key indicators and analysis for risk monitoring and risk mitigation. When fundraising for a CDO deal, I am responsible for presenting to potential investors the investment thesis regarding all the risks of the underlying collateral and the characteristics of the tranches composing the CDO’s capital structure. By operating a CDO, I am responsible for the daily risk monitoring and for elaborating monthly performance and risk reports to be presented to the CDO’s investors.
