Under this business Transoilgroup will purchase Russian crude oil, refine the crude oil in different petroleum products and sell the refined products either at the international or the Belarusian market, depending on the type of petroleum product. Other projects currently in the development pipeline: Hertel-Gornicki (HEGOR) technology: The HEGOR technology is a hybrid process for the recovery of oil and the generation of geothermal energy. The HEGOR technology can be used for enhanced secondary and tertiary oil and heat recovery. This will result in a significant increase in the oil production as well as revenues from energy production.     TRANSOILGROUP AG's new technologies: Our New Technology HEGOR is a Hybrid Enhanced Geothermal Oil + Heat Recovery Process. This is the most advanced energy recovery method available in the world today, revitalizing and/or improving marginal producing Oil and Gas Wells plus converting geothermal energy into clean, CO2-free generated Electric Energy. This Technology is a low cost proven Enhanced Oil and Thermal Energy Recovery (EOR) invention which will increase cash flow through residual oil and geothermal energy production from marginal and/or producing oil fields and gas drillings. The application of this patent pending process will halt production declines and significantly improve oil recovery plus electric energy generation through its commercially proven, fast, simple and low cost complete capability to recover additional oil and thermal energy from any oil or gas bearing formation. HEGOR combines advanced petroleum engineering, nano-technology and GPS wellhead control to maximize any oil or gas field potential, recovering an additional >30% oil plus thermal energy, bringing the total recoverable oil up to 70% of the Original Oil in Place (OOiP) plus 1MW/well of theoretical thermal energy. The process injects specific formulated Activators and Blockers into oil bearing formations to change the characteristics of oil droplets and its mobility ratio, uniquely breaking down the trapped oil within the pore space. These smaller droplets pass more easily through the pores and becomes recoverable by a newly invented geothermal driven Wash-Cycle of interconnected wells. Blockers are used to close thief zones, thereby allowing for greatly improved sweep efficiency in the formation. More than a decade was spent by TRANSOILGROUP developing and commercially implementing this hybrid geothermal EOR-process to a proven, low cost and environmental friendly method of extending the profitable life of any oil and gas field, utilizing old oil or gas wells.

The STGR can provide quality power to digital networks and to local power grids. Throughout the last 10 years, the 40 MWe STGR (Simplified Thorium Gas-Cooled Pebble-Bed Reactor) has been further developed and certified (by the International Atomic Energy Agency, IAEA). This is a modular system that is based upon the original German technology (Siemens-ABB and Forschungszentrum Jülich, the Juelich Research Centre). There is no doubt about the technical feasibility of the SGTR. All components are proven-technology and have also been used in the German AVR and THTR power plants successfully in the period of 1960 through 1988. Standard features of the STGR: • Power Generation (40 MWe modular units); • Heat Generation for Process Industry- and residential use (100 MWth; Co-Generation) • Potable water production through Flash Desalination (10 Million liter per day / 40 MWe unit); • Food Irradiation (Preservation technique to reduce both post-harvest food losses and dependence on chemical preservatives) to create cleaner food-chains).
