As an an International Account Coordinator I was responsible for recruitment of candidates from around the UK for world leading hospitality companies such as; The Walt Disney World Resort, The Universal Orlando Resort, Landry's and many more. Managing recruitment campaigns, events, interviews, travel for host companies was an integral part of my role. Keeping to budget and exceeding targets.
Worked closely with the marketing and sales team to launch and monitor campaigns and events, that involved following up email campaigns by phone calls, editing the website page, generating new leads and increasing the amount of potential accounts by using marketing software.
