Grew the business to more than 150 employees, doubled revenue, and dramatically increased profitability while in the role. Between Apr and Aug 2009: Asked by Thomson Reuters senior leadership to lead a strategic global project. Working from London and Chicago, and with clients around the world, established the strategy and operational plan for the globalization of a key Thomson Reuters Legal business unit before transitioning to lead the Large Law Firm business.
