- On site technical representative for design center located in US. - New product development and implementation at Gosselies facility. - Provide machine level technical support for operations. - Resolve pilot to production issues. - Lead the design effort for heavy and light structures. - Direct the workload of agency staff focused on hydraulic, electrical installation and current product maintenance.
- Provided local leadership for 3 design engineers in charge of the 90 ton material handling machine concept and development. - Designed heavy and light fabricated components, including design collaboration with FEA analyst, external suppliers, fabrication and operations teams.
- Worked in close collaboration with a third party to define product specifications and to develop 30 ton up to 100 ton Ultra High Demolition machines for EU market. - Provided technical support to operations and to Original Equiment Manufacturer.
