I'm building Runniq to solve a problem I lived: as a runner training for marathons, I couldn't afford a $300/month coach, but generic training plans weren't cutting it. Life happened—work trips, illness, fatigue—and my rigid plan couldn't adapt. Building AI-Powered Adaptive Running Coaching. So I spent over a year developing and testing an AI-guided coaching methodology with ChatGPT, working with myself and other runners. The results? I shaved 36 minutes off my marathon time. More importantly, I discovered a coaching approach that actually works in real life. Runniq translates that proven methodology into a scalable platform using distributed AI agents, built on LangGraph and LangChain.
