With over 15 years of experience in supply chain senior leadership and 33 years on Supply Chain management, I currently serve as the Global Head of Supply Chain for 1UL Markets at Unilever. My role focuses on defining and executing a global supply chain strategy across 55 countries, ensuring alignment in operations, talent development, and transformation. By fostering collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams, I aim to drive efficiency, scalability, and sustainability while supporting Unilever’s growth and profitability goals. In my role at Unilever, I oversee the global Supply Chain Function for One Unilever (1UL), ensuring seamless operations across 55 countries. My focus is on enhancing integration, driving efficiency, and promoting sustainability to meet the company's growth and profitability objectives. My Key Responsibilities are: - Define and execute the Global Supply Chain Strategy, for One Unilever, ensuring alignment of operations, talent and digital transformation across all markets; - Oversee Talend and Leadership development initiatives to build future-ready Supply Chain Capabilities Worldwide; - Partner with the Supply Chain Executive Leaderdership and Cross-functional leaders to deliver Strategic Goals and Transformation Programs; - Supervise the implementation of continuous improvement projects in the End to End Supply chain to ensure an agile, competitive and efficient Operation.
As a Head of Supply Chain for Europe and APAC for 1UL Markets I was responsible for the daily execution of Supply Chain Operations supporting the Business on Growth and Profitability as well as to set up the Strategic End to End plans for the Future Performance, Talent development and Transformation agenda for Operations and Digital. My responsibilities were: - Manangement of SC Performance overall - Implemenation of the New Organization under the ne 1UL Markets Model supporting also the business in the transformation post period. - Develop and implementation Strategic plans for the improvement of future Supply Chain Operations through Innovation and Portfolio transformation Road maps, Masteplans, and Programs to drive Standardization, Digitalization and Higher performance in Supply Chain. - Responsible to implement the new operating models in Manufacturing, Procurement, GtM Functions and Support Functions. - In this role I was member of the European 1UL Board.
In the role of Vice-President of Business and Customer Operations, I was responsible for the whole GtM Operations of Unilever in LATAM. In that role i implemented a new GtM Operations and also the new Structure of Digitalization and Partnership with service providers for the total Latin America. Direct responsible for the Ground Operations of all countries in Latin America, on E2E Planning, Customer Services, Warehouse Operations and Transport Execution with a team above 1300 Staff. My Main Responsibilities were: - Execute the SOP/SOE of the operations in Latin America - Execute the Customer Service Agendas in all channels. - Manage warehouses, transport planning, and transport execution in the region - Management of the End to End Order management in the Region. - GtM Talent development and aquisition - Implementation of Standardization, simplification and digitalization strategies in Latam. - In this Role I was part of the Latin America Business board an Member of the Global Customer Operations Team.
