Jozef Jansen is a seasoned executive and investor with over 20 years of experience in restructuring and transforming industrial companies across Europe and the Americas. He has a Master in Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam and an AMP from IESE Barcelona, one of the world's leading business schools. As the CEO Americas at Technymon Technology USA, he is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the Technymon Group, a niche player in the plain bearing segment, in the North and South American markets. He leverages his expertise in corporate strategy, new business development, and mergers and acquisitions to identify and execute opportunities for innovation, diversification, and value creation. He also oversees the integration and optimization of the Group's operations, processes, and teams, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Technymon, he co-founded and managed UC Capital, a European investment firm that supports the international development of small and middle-market companies in the manufacturing sector. He has invested in and transformed several businesses, such as a French biotech start-up, a large metal and mining conglomerate, and a specialized bimetal bearings manufacturer. He is passionate about creating sustainable and positive impact through his investments and leadership.
