Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Construction Management at Texas A&M University, while supporting undergraduate education as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting in lectures, grading, and course coordination for ‘Preconstruction – The Art of the Project,’ with a focus on conceptual estimating, scope definition, benchmarking, and cost modeling. Holds a Bachelor of Construction Technology from CEPT University and participated in a student exchange program in Civil Engineering at Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco. Previous experiences include key roles at Vision Group and Patwa Associates, where contributions ranged from precise quantity estimations for structural elements to hands-on involvement with high-rise RCC project foundations. Currently gaining hands-on experience in preconstruction with a primary focus on developing my estimating skills, including analyzing project scopes, assisting with cost takeoffs, and supporting budget development. As I continue through my internship, I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge across additional areas of preconstruction, including project planning and scheduling, design coordination, cost control, and involvement in marketing proposals and sales efforts. Perform precise quantity estimations for high-value commercial, industrial, and residential projects, leveraging initial layout plans to drive efficient project planning and resource allocation strategically. Contributed to the foundation phase of Gujarat’s tallest RCC residential project, Royce One (G+38 floors, 492 feet), gaining hands-on site experience. Performed reinforcement checks for critical structural elements and calculated steel and RCC quantities from basement to ground level. Conducted detailed steel analysis, worker productivity assessments, and cost estimations while preparing a comprehensive BOQ. Streamlined project workflow by identifying productivity delays in formwork tasks and presenting actionable insights to the project management team.
