Registered Guidance Counselor and strategic leader with over 20 years of experience across higher education, government, business enterprise, and community development. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of student development, institutional programs, partnerships, and public service—leading initiatives that strengthen engagement, wellness, leadership formation, stakeholder collaboration, and organizational growth. My professional experience spans student affairs, counseling, institutional linkages, executive coordination, program management, and community-based initiatives across academic and public sector environments. I have had the opportunity to lead large-scale institutional programs, develop collaborative partnerships, support strategic initiatives, and work closely with students, educators, government agencies, industry partners, and community organizations. As a Registered Guidance Counselor, I remain deeply committed to supporting student growth and holistic development. At the same time, my experiences in leadership, partnerships, and executive operations have strengthened my ability to contribute beyond traditional counseling functions into broader institutional and developmental roles. I am particularly interested in meaningful work that contributes to student success, institutional effectiveness, public service, and community impact.
