• Coordinated recruitment, group session scheduling, and post-assessment follow-ups for more than 200 participants while developing intervention materials and a mobile app for a prosocial-related Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) intervention project for parents of special health care needs children (SHCNC) • Conducted extensive literature review, collected, cleaned, and analyzed data, contributed to the development of evidence-based interventions, and co-authored publications based on our findings • Provided 4-6 individual ACT counseling sessions for parents of SHCNC, exploring their thoughts, emotions, and values to support their well-being and coping strategies when facing challenging life situations • Presented at the ACBS conference, actively preparing presentation materials, refining content through collaboration with team members, and delivering an engaging presentation that effectively communicated our research findings • Assisted with various project tasks, including revision of therapy manuals, ethics application, video production, qualitative interviewing, and transcript tagging
• Contributed to mental health-related podcast episodes, addressing topics like the mental health needs of LGBTQ+ individuals, providing valuable insights and promoting inclusivity • Played an active role in the public relations team, generating creative ideas and producing videos and podcasts to raise awareness about mental health stigma and advocate for overall well-being
• Supported the development and redesign of content for a mindfulness biofeedback project, enhancing the effectiveness of the materials • Collaborated closely with the Clinical Psychologist to ensure smooth coordination and execution of mindfulness biofeedback courses held at Oasis • Conducted literature review, gathered resources, and incorporated evidence-based strategies to improve the mindfulness biofeedback program
